J. Mark O’Shea’s practice is devoted to supporting individuals to reach their potential. Mark O’Shea is the licensed clinical social worker in the practice. His office is located in Brandermill in Midlothian, Virginia.
My work in the pursuit of helping others stems back to 1979 when I was a wilderness counselor for severely emotionally disturbed youth. Just out of undergraduate school with a BS in Psychology my journey began. My journey today is far from finished and my goal is to continue to grow and evolve in my understanding of what helps others. It has been clear to me for the duration of my journey that the therapeutic relationship is curative in and of itself.
